90vip Terms & Conditions

1.1 By registering an account on the 90vip Platform, accessing any game or service, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you conclusively demonstrate your acceptance of this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the 90vip Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2 If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the 90vip Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms set out herein and any subsequent amendments.

1.3 This Agreement is available in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy or conflict.

1.4 90vip reserves the right to update, revise, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 90vip Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play;
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 90vip or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 90vip Platform or any partner gaming platform;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

2.2 90vip reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time to verify eligibility. Acceptable identification documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Social Security System (SSS) ID, and Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) ID.

2.3 Where 90vip has reasonable grounds to suspect that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended pending identity verification. Any funds held in a suspended account will be retained pending investigation. If the user is confirmed to be under 21, all funds deposited will be returned minus any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited.

3.1 Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 90vip Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, a valid Philippine mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 90vip account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 90vip will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.4 You agree to notify 90vip immediately via live chat or by writing to [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 90vip will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.5 All funds held in a 90vip account belong to the registered account holder only. Transfers of account balances between users are not permitted. Account credentials may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person.

4.1 All transactions on the 90vip Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 90vip accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.

4.2 Deposits are credited to your 90vip account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to reflect, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawal requests are processed by 90vip within the timeframes set out below:

• GCash: Within 3 to 15 minutes of approval during standard operating hours (08:00–23:00 PHT);
• PayMaya: Within 15 to 60 minutes of approval during standard operating hours;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.

4.4 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 90vip account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.5 90vip reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control measure and is not indicative of any wrongdoing on the part of the requesting player.

4.6 90vip does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees independent of 90vip's processing. 90vip is not responsible for fees charged by third-party financial service providers.

5.1 90vip offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Bonuses are credited in PHP to your 90vip bonus balance. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page and in the bonus claim confirmation.

5.3 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following standard bonus conditions apply:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method;
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion;
• Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the specified validity period;
• 90vip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed.

5.4 90vip reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting software errors, coordinated wagering with other users to guarantee bonus outcomes, or any other conduct designed to circumvent the legitimate purpose of a promotional offer.

6.1 Each game available on the 90vip Platform operates under its own set of rules published within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with these rules before placing any wager. 90vip is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of applicable game rules.

6.2 All casino games on the 90vip Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by internationally recognized game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, and CQ9. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or the Platform.

6.3 Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating from professionally managed studio environments. All live dealer games are recorded for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.

6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or software error during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed during the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. 90vip will not honor payouts arising from game malfunctions that result in erroneous win calculations.

6.5 Sports betting odds on the 90vip Platform are subject to change prior to the start of an event. Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, the odds at the time of acceptance are locked and will not be altered. In-play betting odds fluctuate in real time and are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of bet confirmation.

7.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 90vip Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event on which bets are placed;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs in the Platform to generate unauthorized winnings;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 90vip staff, contractors, or other Platform users;
• Attempting to access the Platform or any user account by unauthorized means.

8.1 90vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a violation of this Agreement has occurred or is likely to occur.

8.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 90vip will endeavor to complete its investigation within fourteen (14) business days and communicate the outcome to the account holder via the registered email address.

8.3 Upon closure of an account for cause (i.e., due to a breach of this Agreement), 90vip reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is consistent with applicable law and the nature of the breach established.

8.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 90vip support team via live chat or by sending a written request to [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, provided all KYC verification requirements have been satisfied.

8.5 A player who has self-excluded from the Platform may not open a new account during the self-exclusion period. Any account opened in contravention of an active self-exclusion order will be immediately closed and any deposits made will be returned.

9.1 90vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its users. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard following login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanent closure.

10.1 All content on the 90vip Platform — including but not limited to the 90vip name and logo, game graphics and animations, software, source code, user interface design, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 90vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

10.3 Any unauthorized use of 90vip's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 90vip's total aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.2 90vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even where 90vip has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 90vip does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur. Where downtime affects active gaming sessions, 90vip's liability is limited to the refund of the wager amount for any incomplete game round, as set out in Section 6.4.

11.4 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 90vip's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 90vip is governed by the 90vip Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting this Agreement, you also accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

12.2 90vip processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data is processed on the lawful basis of contractual necessity (to provide the gaming service you have requested), legal obligation (to comply with AML and KYC requirements), and legitimate interest (to maintain Platform security and prevent fraud).

12.3 You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact the 90vip Data Protection Officer at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Privacy Request."

13.1 90vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect your rights or obligations as a user — 90vip will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address or mobile number registered to your account, and a prominent notice will be displayed on the Platform.

13.2 Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates reflecting changes in applicable law) may be made without advance notice and take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.

13.3 Your continued use of the 90vip Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept a material amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect by contacting [email protected].

14.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 90vip, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You should contact the 90vip support team in the first instance via live chat or by writing to [email protected], providing a clear description of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of notification, either party may refer the matter to mediation or, where appropriate, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.

15.3 90vip aims to acknowledge all formal written queries within three (3) Philippine business days and to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) Philippine business days of acknowledgment.
